The non-programmable line voltage manual control thermostat operates at 120-240 Volts and is compatible with electric baseboards, convectors, and non-inductive rated fan-forced heaters. Its bimetal temperature sensor ensures simple and worry-free operation. This 4-wire thermostat allows for double-line break and positive OFF, making installation easy. It has a temperature range of 40 degreeF to 80 degreeF (4 degreeC to 27 degreeC), and is designed for heat only. The power specifications for this thermostat are as follows: 2640W @ 120 Vac, 22A resistive; 5280W @ 240 Vac, 22A resistive; 5263W @ 277 Vac, 19A resistive.

This thermostat can be used to control a single electric baseboard heater, or multiple electric heaters as long as the combined load does not exceed 5280 W. There is no minimum load requirement for its usage.

If this control is replacing a control that contains mercury in a sealed tube, it is important not to dispose of the old control in the trash. It should be properly disposed of by contacting the local waste management authority for recycling instructions and proper disposal methods.
