The Cooper&Hunter Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner and Heater (SKU: CH-PTW-12HPGF) has a cooling capacity of 12,000/11,800 BTU/h and a heating capacity of 10,800/10,500 BTU/h, plus a 3.5 kW 10,900/8,900 BTU/h electric heater. Perfect for residential, commercial, or hotel use, this system is designed for 230/208V, 1Ph, 60Hz, and comes charged with R-32 refrigerant. It also comes with a 20A power plug with a reset breaker, but please verify that you have the right receptacle before ordering. The wall sleeve and exterior grille required for new installations are not included in the listing and must be purchased separately.
